Al-Khalil - yellow

This collection is characterized by a vibrant floral pattern where red and golden flowers meet green and blue leaves and buds. The organic shapes move across the ceramics and create an expression that feels both traditional, alive and timeless.

The colors bring to mind blooming gardens, lush nature and the colorful Palestinian landscape, interpreted through the potter's brush and made part of everyday life around the table.

Each and every piece is handcrafted and hand painted in Al-Khalil (Hebron) in the West Bank by local Palestinian potters. The flowers, leaves and small buds are painted by hand one by one, and therefore no two pieces are exactly identical. A brush stroke may be slightly different, a flower may vary in shape, and the placement of colors may change from product to product.

It is precisely these small differences that make the ceramics special. You can see the hand behind the work and feel that each piece has been through the hands of a human before it finds its way to your home.

The yellow, red, green and blue design adds colour, warmth and personality to the table setting and can both stand beautifully alone or be combined with other hand-painted designs.
